New Duo Set to Sail For P&O Cruises

Posted May 22nd, 2014

Carnival Cruises are set to make Australasia home for a dozen ships in the 2015-16 cruise season, with 2 new ships being added to their P&O Cruises fleet.

These new ships continue a tradition started by P&O Cruises back in 2007 when their first superliner, Pacific Dawn, was launched.

The intention with the expanded fleet of cruise ships is to offer broader choices for short break cruises, as well as more traditional cruises to the South Pacific and new destinations such as Papua New Guinea and Asia.

Kiwi cruise travellers will have their first taste of the new ships from November 2015, and the cruise line are promising a range of onboard features and special itineraries tailored to the New Zealand market.

The new additions will see Carnival Cruises have the largest fleet of cruise ships calling  Australasia home throughout the year.
