Dining Developments on Carnival Cruises

Posted August 9th, 2013

When Carnival Legend begin their inaugural summer sailings in Australasia next September they'll be doing so with a raft of new features.

These will include a first for the southern hemisphere - a Red Frog Pub featuring live music. As well as this there are a number of other dining developments included in the refurbishment.

Foremost among these is the addition of Bonsai Sushi and Cheery on Top for those passengers with a sweet tooth. Menus at all restaurants will also offer passengers options tailored for the local market.

When it came to planning their refurbishment, Carnival Cruises took inspiration from what was felt to have been successful onboard sister ship Carnival Spirit.

These include an adults-only deck, expanded fitness facilities and a range of 16 bars and lounges. Kids are not being neglected in the overhaul though, with the addition of  the Green Thunder waterslide.

The Carnival Legend developments will begin installation on the ship soon during a pre-season dry dock.
